Guillermo's research is focused on cross-national analyses of school inequalities. His dissertation looks at the effects of school's socioeconomic composition on achievement and non-cognitive outcomes, with a special focus on the contexts where integrated schools are successful. In his research for William Carbonaro, he is looking at long term effects of education in social stratification.
He is currently working as an analyst for PISA at the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) in Paris, France.
