Profile

Smith is currently a research assistant in the Center for the Latino Studies of Religion.  His current research focuses upon Hispanic Congregational Dynamics, Latino/a seminarians, the Pastoral Search Process, and GLBT Clergy.  He is also an ordained pastor in the United Church of Christ.
