Profile
Neblett is an active participant in Erika Summers-Effler’s “Oppositional Consciousness and Resistance” research project and has acted as teaching assistant for courses in Social Movements and Qualitative Methods. He is the resident expert in ATLASti, a qualitative analysis software program, and runs a workshop on the program each semester. He is a member of the sociology program’s “Study of Politics and Movements” and “Symbolic Interactionism” sociology groups, and is an active participant in several other campus groups (both recognized and unrecognized), including Outreach, Alliance ND, Progressive Student Alliance, and FIRE Starters. He is also volunteering for the Gender Relations Center on the Notre Dame campus as part of his research into GLBTQ mobilization on the Notre Dame campus.
