Profile
Amy received her B.A. from Calvin College with a combined major in international development and sociology. She is in her first year of study at Notre Dame under a University Fellowship. Amy is interested in the study of emerging religious movements, as well as evangelical and Anabaptist attitudes toward social justice and social change. She hopes to write a master's thesis analyzing New Monastic beliefs in young American adults. Her many additional interests include community-based research and the work of applied sociology.
